Sepiuta Kupu is a member-owner of RadiateSF offering services in community outreach, Customer Service, Tongan interpretation, and administrative support. She is based in South San Francisco.
Sepiuta currently works with the San Francisco Office of Civic Engagement & Immigrant Affairs as a DreamSF Senior Fellow. In this role, she supports outreach for citizenship workshops, assists with immigration legal aid, and onboarding new fellows. Her background also includes experience in caregiving, tutoring, and customer care roles.
She holds a B.A. in English Literature, Criticism, and Theory from the University of California, Davis, and an A.A. in English from the College of San Mateo.
Sepiuta’s skills include public speaking, event support, interpersonal communication, educational guidance, scheduling, and data management. She is most experienced in community outreach and peer leadership, and she is excited to continue growing in training development and program coordination.
Guided by the Tongan values of ‘ofa (love), fakaʻapaʻapa (respect), and tauhi vā (nurturing relationships), Sepiuta aims to bring a strong sense of care, purpose, and cultural grounding to her work. She also enjoys creative writing and mentoring youth.
