Data & GIS Analyst, Interpretation
Hanh Chu is a member-owner of RadiateSF, providing services in data analytics, GIS analysis, project coordination, and Vietnamese-English interpretation. Based in Oakland, Hanh holds a bachelor’s degree in Data Science and Political Economy with a minor in Journalism from the University of California, Berkeley.
Hanh brings experience in public health data, churn prediction modeling, and digital campaign analysis. As a Data and GIS Analyst Intern at Trenton Health Team, she mapped food vulnerability across communities and streamlined geographic health data pipelines using ArcGIS and Python. At NESsT Global, she led a digital analytics initiative to evaluate and improve global campaign strategies by building reusable, well-documented pipelines to make data accessible for non-technical teams.
She is especially skilled in data visualization, mapping, and cross-functional communication, and is eager to grow in product and project management. Certified in Community Interpretation through OCEIA and fluent in Vietnamese, Hanh also supports language access services across the Bay Area.
Outside of consulting, she enjoys producing theater shows and editing creative videos that bring stories and culture to life.
