Web Designer and Developer
Haibin is a member-owner of Radiate SF, providing services in Web Design & Development, Video Editing, Data Analytics, and Translation Services. Based in San Francisco, Haibin brings a multidisciplinary approach to digital problem-solving, with a focus on building accessible, user-friendly tools for mission-driven organizations.
Haibin holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley and has developed websites for nonprofits and small businesses across the Bay Area, including the Refugee & Immigrant Transitions site, a grant tracking web app for UC Berkeley’s Undocumented Student Program, and RadiateSF’s own website!
Currently, Haibin works as an Internship Supervisor and Academic Tutor at Refugee & Immigrant Transitions, mentoring interns and supporting newcomer students in Math and Science. He previously served as a Paralegal Fellow at CARECEN SF, guiding clients through complex immigration processes.
Haibin is most experienced in web development and design and hopes to deepen his technical and creative skills through Radiate SF. Originally from Mexico City, he enjoys working out, exploring the Bay Area, and Social Media Content Creation.
