With a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's degree in Teaching, as well as certifications in Bilingual Education and Single-Subject English, she excels at creating inclusive learning environments and creative problem-solving. Her vast experience includes guiding students through language acquisition, logic, and mathematical reasoning, as well as providing crucial bilingual (Spanish and English) paralegal assistance for DACA renewals, U-Visas, and NATZ. Paulina is passionate about expanding her expertise in grassroots community organizing and developing more robust DEI frameworks within educational and community settings. Beyond her professional life, she finds immense joy and balance exploring new hiking trails across the Bay Area, a book and snack stowed away in her pack.
