Immigration Paralegal, Interpretation and Translation
Maria is a member owner-owner of RadiateSF providing services as a paralegal in Immigration Law, Spanish / English interpretation and translation. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Maria received her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Women & Gender Studies from San Francisco State University.
She has worked in the non-profit sector and her focus is providing immigration services, helping the community navigate the system and break language barriers. She brings experience as an interpreter, outreach specialist, and case management.
Maria has been working alongside attorneys and receiving hands-on training and experience in the immigration services field. Through RadiateSF, she hopes to deepen her skills in Legal Research, Critical Thinking, and Interpretation.
Born in El Salvador, Maria’s story continued in the Bay Area. Outside of RadiateSF, she loves walking on the beach, car trips and hiking. She believes there’s always a new place to explore in the West Coast.
