Ronnie Calderon is a member-owner of RadiateSF offering services in Facilities & Property Services, Risk & Compliance Support, and Bilingual Client & Community Services.
Based in San Francisco, Ronnie brings over a decade of experience in facilities management, property maintenance, and safety operations. He has worked across residential, commercial, and nonprofit spaces, serving as a building manager and maintenance lead. His hands-on skills include plumbing, welding, carpentry, inspections, and safety compliance, supported by certifications in OSHA standards, Homeland Security, and wildfire response.
A Registered Substance Use Disorder Counselor and fluent bilingual service provider, Ronnie has worked with Healthright360, Mission Language and Vocational School, and the Latino Task Force to support public outreach, recovery services, and culturally competent care.
Ronnie is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Fire Science and is an aspiring firefighter dedicated to public safety and emergency response. He is passionate about community resilience, enjoys physical, hands-on work, and is committed to uplifting underserved communities through reliable, mission-driven service.
