Litzy Daniela Anaya is a member-owner of RadiateSF, offering services in community outreach and engagement, program coordination, and communication strategy. Based in Hayward, CA, Litzy brings over 3 years of experience working in nonprofit spaces, supporting immigrant families, leading outreach efforts, and building equitable programs rooted in trust and community care.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business with a concentration in Marketing from San José State University and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Ohlone College. With a strong foundation in business principles, she approaches nonprofit work with an organized, analytical, and people-centered mindset.
Litzy is especially skilled in bilingual communication, event planning, social media content creation, and administrative coordination. She is eager to grow her facilitation and contract negotiation skills to support collective impact work across communities.
Originally from El Salto, Durango, Mexico, Litzy immigrated to the U.S. at age 16 in search of better opportunities. She proudly brings her cultural roots into every space she enters. Outside of work, she enjoys road trips with her husband in their van “La Chata,” weightlifting at the gym, and creating digital content for her small business, Flor de Mayo.
